Capture a thought, make a checklist, save a useful link or plan your next weekend. Mole Notes keeps writing simple and lets you work offline.
CAPTURE WHAT MATTERS
Write and format notes, add photos and PDFs, and save content from other apps. Record a thought and turn it into text with on-device transcription. Voice recordings stay on the device where you made them; transcribed text can sync as a note.
FIND IT AGAIN
Search by words in your notes, attachment names and text extracted from supported images and PDFs. Pin notes you return to, and keep everyday details close at hand.
OPTIONAL AI, UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Connect supported assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to work with your synced notes when you grant access. Choose each connection's access to search, read, create and edit. Keep editing in Review first, or separately enable Direct edits. Pause or disconnect each assistant independently.
Attachment text access is a separate permission. Connected assistants can use permitted extracted text and image categories; original image and PDF-page inspection is not available.
KEEP YOUR NOTES YOURS
Use Mole Notes without connecting an AI assistant. Sign in with Apple for account features and sync, and export your notes when you need to take them elsewhere.
AI connections require a supported third-party account. Availability and setup depend on the provider and your account or workspace. Third-party subscriptions are separate.
