MonkAndMonkey

MonkAndMonkey is a calm system for turning long-term goals into daily action.

Plan tasks around the areas of life that matter, start a focus session from a task or timer preset, and see your work accumulate toward your goals. Build support habits, reduce habits that get in the way, and use the journal to reflect on energy and progress.

On iPhone:

- organize tasks by project, tag, date, and life area;
- create private teams and shared projects in Advanced mode, and plan tasks assigned to you in Today;
- start, pause, and finish focus sessions;
- use timer presets for deep work, creative work, and quick admin;
- track habits and review your week;
- keep Focus, Today, Habits, and Saved Starts close with Home and Lock Screen widgets;
- follow a running session in a Live Activity and use its controls;
- choose optional reminders for habits and weekly reflection;
- connect selected Apple Health metrics to a numeric habit only after separate consent and Apple's permission.

The Apple Watch companion lets you view current work, control a session, start presets, and check tasks and habits.
