MoodCap Plus is optional: unlimited cloud lines, all four tones, every card style, stickers and the monthly recap poster. Yearly or monthly, 7-day free trial on yearly. The diary, timeline and widget stay free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
