A QUIET PLACE TO REST
Choose from 12 free offline sounds: rain, sea, forest, streams, wind, rain inside a car, fire, a fan, a train and white, brown or pink noise. Tap a sound to start. Keep listening with the screen locked.
Add one of six breathing courses, with three recorded AI voices in each of seven languages. Choose a three-minute introduction, then 1 hour of sound—or listen until you stop. Download a voice once to reuse offline. Settings stay with you when changing sounds. Choose an introduction or repeated cues; 4–7–8 is limited to four cycles in three minutes.

A FEELING COUNTS AS AN ENTRY
You don't need a perfect paragraph. Choose your mood; the situation and a note are optional. Reopen, edit or delete your check-in whenever you need to.

A SPACE THAT FEELS LIKE YOURS
Set your text and appearance preferences in MY. Back up records saved on this device, including attached photos, to an encrypted file. Keep the recovery code separately to restore the backup with the same account.

PRIVACY AND AI PROCESSING
Mood check-ins, diary/dream text and downloaded diary/dream analyses are kept on your device. When you request AI features, the content needed is sent to our server and AI providers for processing. Account details, some activity information and some results, such as your own saju reading, are stored on the server. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
