The MORE Therapy Companion App is a practice tool built on the mind-body techniques used in MORE therapy — a clinician-delivered protocol developed from over 20 years of research and validated in 16+ clinical trials with more than $90 million in federal funding.

This app is a companion, not a substitute. MORE's protocol shown to reduce opioid and substance misuse, decrease chronic pain, and improve emotional well-being is delivered by a certified provider. The Companion App helps you practice some of the same mind-body exercises and scripts between sessions, or on your own if you’re not currently working with a provider. It’s designed to support your practice, not to replace clinical care.
