Not everyone needs therapy. Not everyone needs to sit on a leather coach for an hour every week. That’s why we are deconstructing therapy. We know what works and what just gets in the way. We have taken therapy, broken it into useful pieces and we are making each piece available to you. To help you learn, to help you grow and to help you meet your goals.
