Moveo One User Research

Moveo One User Research is the companion app for people taking part in a Moveo One research study. It is not a tool you use on your own — you receive an invitation from a research team, and this app runs the study.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the setup link from your invitation, or type in the study code you were given. The app loads your study automatically.
2. Read the consent screen. It names the study, lists exactly which websites are covered, and spells out what is and isn't recorded. Nothing at all is collected until you accept.
3. Read your task instructions from the research team.
4. Tap Open study browser and use the website the way you normally would. That's the whole task — there is no script to follow and nothing to install.
5. Tap Finish when you're done.

WHAT IS COLLECTED

Only while a study is active, and only on the websites the study names:
• How you interact with the pages — taps, scrolling, and typing activity (never the text you type)
• Which pages you view on the study websites
• Basic technical context: device type, screen size, language

WHAT IS NOT COLLECTED

• Nothing on any other website
• Nothing outside this app — your other apps and your normal browser are untouched
• No passwords, no payment details, and none of the text you type
• Nothing at all before you accept consent

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

The study runs inside this app's own browser and is limited to the websites listed on the consent screen. You can see which study is active, which sites it covers, and when you enrolled, at any time from the home screen. Finish the study whenever you like — once it ends, collection stops.

FOR RESEARCH TEAMS

Moveo One helps product and UX teams understand how people actually use their websites. This app extends Moveo One studies to iPhone and iPad so you can run unmoderated mobile research with participants recruited from your own list or from a panel provider.
