When I was 16, my dad received an Alzheimer's diagnosis that shook our family. It put my mental health in a pretty poor place. But I knew I wanted to do something extraordinary with my life, so I started a transformative journey. I began working out and learning to code, and believe me, I fell flat on my face countless times.

Through those challenges, I found strength I never knew I had. Then, when my dad passed away, I felt profoundly alone. That's when the idea for Moves was born. I realized that my journey, as remarkable as it was, would have been so much better if I had shared it with my closest friends.

So, I made Moves for you and your friends. It's a place where you can share your thoughts, experiences, and genuine moments. It's about turning life's challenges into shared triumphs with the people who matter most. Join me on Moves Social, and let's re-write social media with our stories of strength and resilience.
