Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it.

Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Tap the score and every point traces back to something you entered.
