Description

Diese App ist eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zum Ausstellungskatalog „Moving Types –Lettern in
Bewegung“. Die im Katalog abgedruckten QR-Codes lassen sich mit dieser App entschlüsseln und zeigen etwa die Hälfte der Filmausschnitte, die auch in der Ausstellung zu sehen sind. Dazu wird eine Verbindung zum Internet benötigt, die evtl. kostenpflichtig sein kann.

Die Medienausstellung „Moving Types – Lettern in Bewegung“ zeigt in einer Retrospektive von den Anfängen des Films bis in das 21. Jahrhundert Kurzfilme, Filmausschnitte, Werbeclips, Musikvideos und Corporate Motion mit historischen und aktuellen Beispielen in denen Buchstaben die Hauptrolle übernehmen. Herzstück der Ausstellung ist eine offene Medienlounge, in der ein Panorama herausragender Beispiele von „Schrift in Bewegung“ gezeigt wird.

Die Ausstellung „Moving Types – Lettern in Bewegung“ ist entstanden am Zentrum Zeitbasierte Gestaltung, einer Kooperation der Hochschule Mainz – Institut für Mediengestaltung und der Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, unter der Leitung von Prof. Anja Stöffler und Prof. Ralf Dringenberg, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gutenberg-Museum Mainz.
