mSerwis

mSerwis is a supplement to the SIMPLE.ERP system with functions for registering and monitoring various types of service notifications (failures, defects, inspections, repairs, calibrations, etc.). Designed for both end users and technical department employees. Its scope includes servicing all types of equipment, devices, means of transport, buildings or rooms, and IT infrastructure. The availability of objects depends on the scope of implementation and user authorizations.

Main functions of the application:
• registration of service requests, defining priorities and types
• possibility of attaching a photo regarding the registered request
• chat enabling the exchange of messages within each request
• insight into information on the status of the request, planned end date of handling the request
• insight into information on the delivery date/return of the device from the service
• insight into information on decommissioning of the device
• access to device data - searching the catalog using: name, EAN code scanner, date of commencement of use, location, description
• access to the calendar of service works of a given device/object and entered requests
• access to the list of current requests assigned to the service technician (stored in the ERP system database) with the possibility of filtering by type (failures, damages, inspections), status (e.g. open, suspended, rejected, closed) and priority (e.g. low, medium, high).
• access to the list of requests, including those assigned to a given device, going to the details of the requests
For the application to work correctly with the SIMPLE.ERP system, it is necessary to purchase an appropriate license.
