Enable Sedentary Care to get a reminder after extended low activity. Choose a 30, 45, or 60-minute threshold. iPhone works on its own; Apple Watch is an optional companion for sedentary status, iPhone-led session progress, and recovery feedback.

Preview each movement, adjust its duration, and follow the countdown. Completed sessions are saved to History together with your feedback.

New users can answer five quick questions and save a short starter plan with up to five standing movements, built on-device from their choices.

MAKE IT YOURS
Save up to three favorite stretches for free. Pro members can arrange movements, set their order and duration, and reuse custom routines.

NOTICE PATTERNS
Log tension, relief, fatigue, and other body sensations on a visual body map. Review heat maps and history over time, and open educational muscle cards for anatomy reference.
