Muki: Walk to Scroll

Muki keeps your most distracting apps locked until you've earned the scroll, one step at a time.

We all know the feeling: you reach for your phone for a second and resurface twenty minutes later, none the better for it. Muki gently flips that habit on its head. Instead of one more screen-time limit you'll swipe past, it ties the apps you lose hours to directly to how much you've moved today.

Set a daily step goal. Pick the apps that eat your hours. Muki blocks them whenever you fall behind the pace you should be walking by now, and unlocks them the moment you catch up. No countdown to battle, no willpower required. Walk a little, and the scroll is yours.

HOW IT WORKS

- Muki reads your steps from the Health app and unlocks your apps in proportion to your progress through the day.
- Behind pace? Your apps are shielded by a friendly (if slightly disappointed) dog. Catch up and they open right back up.

Muki runs entirely on your iPhone. Your step data and the apps you choose never leave your device, and Muki collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, and no tracking. Blocking uses Apple's own Screen Time technology to manage your own apps. It is not parental controls, and not device management.

HEALTH DATA
With your permission, Muki reads your daily step count from the Health app for one purpose only: to measure your progress toward your step goal and unlock your apps accordingly. Muki never writes to the Health app. Your health and step data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. It stays on your iPhone.
