MUREUM: Rest & Breathe

Take a quiet break with today's landscape.

MUREUM pairs ink landscapes generated on your device with nature sounds. Mountains, trees and watersides drift slowly past as water and wind sounds change gently with the scenery. A new landscape unfolds each day, while an active session keeps the same world across midnight.

Rest at your pace
Choose 5, 10 or 20 minutes, an untimed session, or your own duration. Add preparation time if you like. Follow a breathing guide throughout your session or for the first minute. Choose visuals, breathing bells and haptics independently, and let nature audio fade gently at the end.

Make time to focus
Start with 25-minute focus, 5-minute breaks and a 15-minute break after four rounds. Adjust durations and choose 1–12 rounds, then save your presets. A separate mute option keeps focus quiet. Start each next segment yourself.

Find your quiet place
The base ink landscape and core features are free. Night landscape, Bamboo stream, Quiet coast, Quiet snowfield and Moss garden are optional one-time purchases. Change each space's light and combine mist, rain, snow, wind and petals. Adjust water and waves, wind, birds and rain separately, alongside overall, nature and bell volumes.

See your time take shape
Keep separate rest and focus records. See today's time, session count and individual entries, revisit past dates, and explore lifetime totals and yearly traces. Individual entries can be deleted.

Listen with the screen off
By default, Rest keeps the screen on and pauses when you lock it or leave the app. Enable screen-off listening to hear nature audio while locked and use lock-screen controls. Pause and resume to apply this option during an existing session. Focus reflects time away but has no completion notifications outside the app or background nature audio.

After installation, the base landscape and core features work offline. No login or subscriptions. Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for a reward; they never appear automatically during or after rest or focus. Earning the reward unlocks one selected space for 24 hours. Watching ads requires an internet connection. Initial purchases and restoration after reinstalling need a store connection; verified spaces then work offline. Restore purchases with the same store account. Records stay on your device without cloud sync and are deleted when you remove the app. Available in Korean and English.
