Voice notes and on-device AI reflections download a small language model to your phone the first time you use them; after that, everything runs offline. (The on-device AI needs a recent phone with enough memory. On lighter devices you get typed journaling, the calendar, streaks, search, reminders, the widget, and PDF export — all free.)
