MURPH Workout honors Lt. Michael Murphy with the ultimate fitness challenge. The Challenge consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run, traditionally performed wearing a 20lb vest. The app allows complete customization allows you to adjust target reps for any fitness level, including a Half MURPH option for beginners with 50-100-150 reps, custom set sizes to match your abilities, and visual progress tracking.
