Herbert Horne apparteneva a quel gruppo di intellettuali anglosassoni che segnarono profondamente la vita culturale fiorentina verso la fine dell’Ottocento.
All’interno del “Palagetto” quattrocentesco sarà possibile visitare la collezione e la preziosissima raccolta di pitture, sculture, ceramiche, oggetti di oreficeria e di vario uso tutto o per la massima parte databile dal XIV al XVI secolo.
