Representative Example for GLFH: If the loan amount is ₹ 5,00,000 & a customer from Mumbai selects a GLFH scheme with interest rate 9.95% per annum; & if the customer pays only the interest every 30 days for the next 180 days, then overall calculated interest payable would be ₹ 24,875 only. A processing fee may be charged & would be 0.0% (Inc. GST) of the loan amount & the amount of this fee would be ₹ 0. The total of the loan would be (Principal + Interest + Processing Fee): ₹ 5,24,875. The customers get the convenience to pay the principal balance anytime within 180 days of tenure.
These numbers are indicative and subjected to change according to the Gold Loan rate per gram. Final interest rate & processing fee of the loan amount may vary from one customer to another depending on their chosen scheme.
