Description by O'ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASI PREZIDENTI HUZURIDAGI DAVLAT XIZMATINI RIVOJLANTIRISH AGENTLIGI (from the App Store)

Davlat fuqarolik xizmatchilari vakant lavozimlarining yagona ochiq portali O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti huzuridagi Davlat xizmatini rivojlantirish agentligi (keyingi o‘rinlarda Agentlik deb ataladi) tomonidan yuritiladi.

Agentlik davlat organlari va tashkilotlarida inson resurslarini rivojlantirish hamda xodimlarni boshqarish sohasida yagona davlat siyosatini amalga oshirish uchun masʼul bo‘lgan davlat fuqarolik xizmati ishlari bo‘yicha vakolatli davlat organi hisoblanadi.
Davlat organlari va tashkilotlariga kadrlarni tanlash va ishga qabul qilishning ochiq tanlov tizimining yo‘lga qo‘yilishi bu — korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashishning samarali vositalaridan biri hisoblanadi.

Shu maqsadda, Prezident huzuridagi Davlat xizmatini rivojlantirish agentligi tomonidan yangicha yondashuv asosida kadrlarni tanlashda eski usullardan voz kechib, ularning intellektual salohiyatini, maʼnaviy fazilatlarini baholaydigan ochiq va oshkora tanlov tizimi joriy etildi.
