Description by Tin Pan Alley(from the App Store)
Hello ballet lover!
Undeniably, ballet is the most beautiful form of dance, filled with elegance, grace and harmony!
But, as may you already know, behind all these ethereal qualities are many hours of hard work, sweat, exhaustion and discipline.
Ballet dancers are both artists and athletes. They must have all the physical and mental abilities of an “elite” athlete but also the heart and soul of an artist! And that’s the biggest challenge in this unique art!
Let’s consider some of the abilities and attributes a good dancer needs. Take a deep breath… and go!
Strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, great coordination, high perception, self-discipline, perseverance, loyalty, the ability to work in a team, a good memory, fast thinking, high concentration, spatial awareness, grace, fluidity, harmony, musicality, creativity, expression, sensitivity…
Wow! What a magical and demanding art!
This Application was created with much love and appreciation for people who love and serve this art.
Sadly, the problem is that there are very few studies and useful tools out there that are aimed specifically for dancers.
In the best case, dancers are treated only as athletes by the scientific community and as a result, the unique challenges a ballet dancer faces are totally underestimated.
This is what motivated us to create this Application.
Our aim is to offer dancers around the world all the tools necessary to achieve great dancing performance BUT also stay healthy and happy along the way.
Ballet has an expiry date, and the worst thing that can happen to a dancer is to not be able to enjoy every moment of this magical art because of a bad injury or negative mental state.
This Application will help you grow exponentially as a dancer BUT ALSO stay healthy and happy. We have created this Application with the unique characteristics of a ballet dancer in mind, and we address the unique challenges that dancers face every day.
Through our 15 years of experience as professional dancers, and much ongoing research, we have collected the best growth tools for ballet dancers!
Those tools will make you achieve your goals AND stay away from the dream killer – a physical or mental injury.
But, most importantly, you will be able to enjoy this magical art and live it 100%!
So let yourself live the Best, Healthiest and Happiest version of your Ballet Life.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
