My Contraction Timer & Tracker

Time and track your contractions with a simple, reassuring tool designed for the later stages of pregnancy and labour.

Start the timer when a contraction begins and stop it when it ends. The app automatically records its duration and the interval between contractions, helping you observe patterns and maintain a clear history.

Key features:

• Simple one-tap contraction timer
• Automatic duration and interval tracking
• Number of contractions during the past hour
• Average duration and frequency statistics
• Optional contraction intensity recording
• Edit the start time, end time or intensity
• History organised by day
• Share your contraction history with your birth partner or maternity team
• Educational guide covering contractions and important warning signs

Timing contractions can help you notice a pattern and describe it clearly to your midwife, doctor or maternity unit.
