My Domaine

Welcome to My Domaine — a smarter, more transparent way to manage every step of your home building journey. Designed exclusively for Domaine Homes customers, My Domaine puts everything you need right at your fingertips, helping you stay informed, confident, and connected as your new home comes to life.

Building a home is one of life’s most exciting milestones. It’s inspiring, personal, and deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming without the right tools. Traditional building processes often rely on long email chains, scattered paperwork, delayed updates, and uncertainty around what’s happening next. My Domaine was designed to simplify the experience and remove that stress.

This app is your all-in-one companion throughout the entire build. Whether you’re reviewing your contract, checking progress, making selections, approving variations, or simply wanting to know what stage your build is at, My Domaine gives you complete visibility and peace of mind. With the right information delivered at the right time, you stay in control every step of the way.

All Your Build Information in One Place
One of the biggest challenges during a home build is managing information spread across emails, documents, plans, and conversations. Important details can be hard to track, leading to confusion or missed steps.

My Domaine centralises everything into one secure digital hub. Your documents, plans, updates, selections, photos, and approvals are all stored in one place, accessible anytime from your phone or tablet. The app’s clean, intuitive design makes it easy to navigate, even if you’re not tech-savvy. You’ll always know where to find what you need and exactly where your build stands.

Stay Informed at Every Stage
Building a home is a major investment, and you deserve to feel confident throughout the process. My Domaine keeps you informed with real-time notifications for milestones, approvals, and changes, so you’re never left guessing. Clear communication removes uncertainty and ensures your journey feels organised and transparent from start to finish.

Track Progress with Photos and Updates
Watching your home take shape is one of the most exciting parts of the journey. My Domaine lets you follow every stage with regular progress photos, construction updates, and a visual timeline showing exactly where your build is up to. Even if you can’t visit the site, you’ll stay closely connected to the progress.

Photos and updates can be downloaded and shared with family and friends, making it easy to celebrate milestones together — from the first slab to the final finishes. The visual timeline also helps you see what’s coming next, giving you a clear picture of the road ahead.

Instant Access to Documents and Approvals
All essential documents — including contracts, plans, specifications, warranties, variations, and approvals — are securely stored in My Domaine. Everything is neatly organised and available whenever you need it, eliminating the need to search through emails or paperwork.
