My Dragon Boat is the all-in-one app for dragon boat paddlers – whether you're a coach or an athlete. Manage your team, plan training sessions, optimize your boat crew, and track your sessions with GPS.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Create your team and invite members with an invite code
• Manage paddlers, drummers, and steerers with multiple positions
• Roles: Admin, Coach, and Athlete with differentiated permissions
• Create up to 10 teams per user for free, join additional teams without limit via invite code
• Switch between multiple teams quickly – right from the team name on the home screen

BOAT CREW PLANNING
• Drag & drop seating plan for 10-bench (22 seats) and 5-bench (12 seats)
• Automatic weight analysis with center of gravity calculation
• Left/right and front/back balance at a glance
• Separate crew lineup per regatta and category
• Mark stroke paddlers – they show a badge in the team list and boat lineup
• Athlete picker with colour-coded RSVP status (accepted, declined, unsure, pending) plus side and gender

TRAINING PLANNING
• Create training sessions with time, location, and type (water, gym, ergometer, running)
• Create events (e.g. team night, training camp) – single or multi-day, with RSVP and reminder
• RSVP system with configurable deadlines
• Leave a comment on your own attendance – whether you're coming, not coming or unsure

GPS TRACKING

ABSENCES
• Report sick, vacation, or inactive – with optional end date
• Absent members are automatically shown as "Declined"
• Coaches can override absences when needed

COMMUNICATION
• Team chat and private 1:1 messages between members
• Regatta chat: a dedicated chat per event to coordinate with everyone attending (meeting point, carpools, schedule)
• Push notifications for new trainings, regattas, and chat messages
• Notifications automatically in the recipient's language

PADDLER EXCHANGE
• Search or offer paddlers, drummers, and steerers for regattas
• Specify performance level (Fun, Fun-Sport, Sport, Competitive)

MODERATION & SAFETY
• Report messages and posts (spam, harassment, inappropriate content)
• Block users – their messages and posts are hidden from you
• Quick review by provider within 24 hours

STATISTICS & EXPORT
• Attendance statistics now visible to all team members (previously coaches/admins only)
• Participation rates per athlete (sortable, filterable)
• Export as PDF, CSV or GPX (with heart rate)

SIGN-IN & PRIVACY
• Sign in with Apple, Google or email & password
• GDPR compliant – all data deletable, account fully deletable anytime
