When traveling or during a disaster chances are your most important medical records will not be immediately available if you suffer a medical emergency. The MY ER FILE™ mobile health app allows you to access your emergency health information 24/7 regardless of internet connectivity.
Simply take pictures of your most vital medical information (EKG, medication, DNR, immunizations, diagnosis, implanted devices, allergies, physicians, etc.) or transfer images from photo files, pdf files or type your medical information into the app.
Your emergency PHR (personal health record) is stored on your smart phone and only you have the ability to share this information with your health care team.“I just wanted to let you know that I had to go into the ER at 5am Monday, and I used your app to give them my old EKG for comparison...and it made a big difference
