LOG A MEAL YOUR WAY
• Snap your plate: the app names each dish and food, estimates the amounts, and matches them to USDA foods. You check them before anything goes in.
• Scan a barcode for packaged foods, using the label the maker sent to USDA.
• Search by name or brand; spelling mistakes are forgiven.
• Your own recipes, built once and logged by the serving.
• Tap any food in your log to change the amount, the serving or the meal, or to delete it.
YOUR USUAL DAY, READY EACH MORNING
Tell the app what you usually have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Each morning those meals wait, faded, in your log: tap Had this, or change them. Nothing counts until you say so.
TARGETS MADE FOR YOU
Your age, sex, height, weight and activity set your calories, protein, fiber and the rest, from the National Academies' Dietary Reference Intakes (from age 19; younger, the FDA Daily Values). Carbs and fat show as ranges, sodium and saturated fat as limits. Every target links to its source, and you can set your own for anything.
SEE YOUR DAY AND YOUR WEEKS
• Today shows calories, protein, carbs and fat against your targets, with every meal as a card. Swipe to turn the page to another day.
• Move a food from dinner to lunch with a long press.
• On myfoodanalysis.com, your dashboard shows a calendar of the days you logged, your averages over 7 and 30 days, and your meal photos.
HONEST NUMBERS
Every value comes from USDA data. Foods from a photo are marked as estimates, and a nutrient a food does not report is shown as not reported, never as zero. Meal photos are read by an AI model on computers ObjectGraph runs; no outside AI company receives them. MyFoodAnalysis gives information, not medical advice; for a medical diet, work with your dietitian and set your own targets.
