My Lighthouse is a calm, one-minute journal. Pick three to five parts of your life to look after — family, health, work, sleep, anything you like. Each evening, check in: how was the day, how did each part fare — bright, dim or unlit — and a note when something's worth keeping. On a rough day, one word is enough. Or nothing at all.
Day by day, a picture forms that you can't see any other way.
THE DAILY RITUAL
• A one-minute evening check-in, built around your own pillars
• A morning page for thoughts that won't wait — your sentences are sorted into the pillars they touch, kept in your own words
• Busy night? Press and hold the reminder and log the day without opening the app
• Missed a day? Fill it in later — honest gaps, no guilt
• Widgets and gentle reminders that already know when you've logged
WHAT THE APP GIVES BACK
• A weekly report every Sunday: what rose, what dipped, and two honest sentences about your week
• A letter at the end of each month from the Keeper, who read your notes and quotes you back to yourself
• Trends, patterns and an annual report — watch the picture form
• "A year ago today": your own words, returned when they matter
• One photo a week becomes your year in light
THE KEEPER
A companion who remembers your year. Ask it anything — it answers plainly, with your actual days and notes to hand: "Work was bright four of the last seven days — and Family went unlit on three of them." No lectures, no guilt.
YOUR WEEK, POINTED SOMEWHERE
Choose one focus each week and say what would make it a win. The app keeps it in view — and asks how it went, in your words.
KIND BY DESIGN
• A heavy day never becomes homework: mark it and rest
• Take a moment: a minute of slow, guided breathing
• Rest days and holidays for any pillar — life bends, and the app bends with it
• Day and night themes that follow the sky
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your notes are encrypted and your journal locks with Face ID. Nothing you write is sold, shared or used for ads. If you choose, share a single light with one trusted person — they see how you're doing, never what you wrote.
My Lighthouse is free to use every day: check-ins, weekly reports, trends, and a weekly conversation with the Keeper. One simple yearly subscription unlocks the monthly and annual letters and the Keeper every day.
Start tonight. Three lanterns, one minute — and the picture begins.
