[Essential Scheduling Features]
• Smart Scheduling Algorithm Automatically generate conflict-free schedules that keep your staff happy and your shifts covered. Our system perfectly balances fair shift distribution and continuity, seamlessly factoring in time-off requests and availability—no complex settings required.
• Real-Time Hours & Shift Tracking View each staff's assigned shifts and total hours update in real time as you build the schedule. Say goodbye to manual math—we do the heavy lifting so you can ensure fair scheduling and effortless payroll prep.
• Team-Wide Announcements Keep your entire team on the same page. Post important notices directly in the app to ensure your staff stays informed and up to date with just a few taps.
• Seamless Team Onboarding Invite your staff with a simple 6-digit code. Staff can join, view the full schedule, or filter to see only their own shifts directly from their phones.
[Smart Time & Attendance (PRO)]
• GPS Geofenced Time Clock Ensure accurate timesheets. Staff can only clock in and out via their phones when they are physically at your location. Track late arrivals, early departures, and overtime at a glance.
• Clock-In Reminders Prevent tardiness before it happens by sending automated push notifications to your staff before their shifts begin.
• Seamless Shift Swapping Empower your staff to handle their own shift trades. Staff can request a swap, and once the manager approves, the schedule updates automatically.
[Perfect For] • Cafe, restaurant, and retail store owners tired of spending hours on weekly scheduling • Business owners who need accurate GPS timesheets and attendance tracking • Anyone exhausted by manual payroll calculations and paper schedules
