Today
Your daily dashboard shows a live progress ring for calories and progress bars for protein, carbs, and fat. Tap to review what you've logged and remove anything added by mistake. When you're done for the day, save your intake along with your weight and workout notes.
Food Library
Add foods manually or scan a barcode to pull in nutrition data automatically. Mark your most-used foods as favorites for quick access, and organise everything into categories. Swipe to edit, delete, or favorite any item.
History
Every saved day is stored in a clean table showing calories, macros, weight, and workout. Export your full history as a CSV to use in any spreadsheet. Mondays are highlighted so weekly patterns are easy to spot.
Dashboard
The weekly view shows a calorie bar chart with today's donut, a stacked nutrient chart for the week, and a 90-day weight trend line. Swipe left and right to browse past weeks.
Widget
Add the home screen widget in small or medium size. The small widget shows your calorie ring at a glance. The medium widget adds macro progress bars for protein, carbs, and fat. The widget updates instantly whenever you log food.
Sync
All your data — foods, history, goals, and settings — syncs across your devices via iCloud automatically.
