Através da App, os utentes têm acesso, de forma segura e personalizada, à sua agenda de consultas, tratamentos, exames, meios complementares de diagnóstico e terapêutica.
Os utentes podem aceder às recomendações e preparações antes da realização de análises e exames, efetuar download de declarações de presença e consultar o seu histórico no HDS.
A App disponibiliza ainda informação institucional e notícias do Hospital.
A App myHDS destina-se exclusivamente a disponibilizar estes serviços e pode ser eliminada pelo utente em qualquer altura.
Os utentes registam-se com o número do Serviço Nacional de Saúde (SNS) que está associado ao processo clínico ou com Chave Móvel Digital.
Após registo, os utentes recebem um e-mail com um link e um código de segurança para ativar a conta.
Após a ativação da conta, a App myHDS disponibiliza um ecrã para definir a password (complexidade: mínimo de 8 carateres alfanuméricos, especiais e distinção de maiúsculas e minúsculas: 8 caracteres, 1 minúsculo, 1 maiúsculo, 1 algarismo, 1 caracter especial).
