Take each session with your choice of chat, video, or audio. - KnowMe™ Technology – The KnowMe™ is a psychometric assessment that provides Members with a snapshot of their overall state of wellbeing, including current needs and motivators in life. The KnowMe™ is a validated and reliable tool that helps a Member to understand how emotions impact overall well-being.
