MyPiatto brings everyday food logging and saved recipes to your iPhone. Search for a food or add an entry manually, choose your portion, and review your daily calories and macros.
MAKE YOUR RECIPES PART OF YOUR JOURNAL
Add ingredients and a serving count to save a recipe. When you add the finished recipe weight, you can log your portion in grams. Include oils and sauces, and choose food references that match how your ingredients were prepared.
LOG FAMILIAR MEALS AGAIN
Repeat an existing entry when you have the same meal again. Review the amount and meal before saving.
KEEP YOUR DAILY RECORD TOGETHER
Record water and set your own goals. Use explicit backup and restore to manage a copy of your journal.
