MySIPcity

mySIPcity turns your mobile into a full business phone for your SIPcity service. Make and receive calls and SMS on your SIPcity numbers from anywhere, without giving out your personal mobile number.

KEEP BUSINESS AND PERSONAL SEPARATE
• Calls and texts show your SIPcity business number, not your mobile
• Calls use your SIPcity calling plan, not your mobile minutes
• Works over Wi-Fi or mobile data

CALLING
• Incoming calls ring like a normal phone call, even when your phone is locked
• Answer from the lock screen, your headphones or car Bluetooth
• Hold, mute, speaker and call transfer
• Receive calls from your SIPcity queues and hunt groups
• Full call history with missed-call alerts

SMS AND CHAT
• Send and receive SMS on your SIPcity numbers
• Conversations stay in sync with your SIPcity web portal
• Notifications for new messages, with unread counts

CONTACTS
• Use your phone contacts and your SIPcity company contacts in one place

A SIPcity account is required to use this app. Calls use minutes from your SIPcity calling plan and do NOT use your mobile phone calling minutes. Emergency calls should be made using your mobile's built-in phone app.
