A Timeless Practice for the Modern World In our tradition, we don't just give "charity." We give Tzedakah—a word that means justice or righteousness. We believe that we are faithful "trustees" of the resources we receive, and it is our responsibility to return those resources to where they truly belong: in the hands of those who need them most.

Why Give Daily? Every act of giving leaves a lasting mark on your character. While a single large donation is a beautiful mitzvah, giving a small amount every day creates a transformative habit. The 12th-century sage Maimonides taught that the frequency of our giving is what truly shapes us. Choose Your Mode: Use Prepaid Mode to load your wallet in advance and feel the real-time impact of every drop, or use Commitment Mode to keep a virtual tally and settle your balance whenever you are ready to "empty" your box.

Customizable Giving: Use our preset coin amounts or customize them in your settings to an amount that is comfortable for you.

Streaks & Sanctity: Build your daily giving streak. The app automatically pauses requirements on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, respecting the sanctity of these days while keeping your momentum alive.

About MADA MADA Community Centre has been nourishing Montréal for over 30 years. As a volunteer-based organization and a leader in food security, we provide nutritious meals and dignified support to our neighbours in need, regardless of their background. 100% of your Tzedakah through this app goes directly to our community programmes, including food packages and emergency assistance.
