MZ Buddy

The MZ Buddy App is an incredibly useful and efficient tool for the Medeli MZ5 and MZ7 series electric drum kits. Through the App, you can make custom kits by easily accessing and editing the kit parameters and save the personalized data. You can load and play along with your favorite MP3 songs and even remove the drum parts for a “drum-less” song to play along with. In addition, the powerful metronome is available for simple or advanced practice with a wide variety of available time signatures and click sounds to choose from.

The MZ Buddy App Contains:

-Drum Kit Module: Select a drum kit intuitively in your MZ series module by the drum kit type and music style. Make custom kits easily by accessing the voice selection for each pad, adjust a variety of editing parameters and save your custom settings.

-Collections Module: You can save your personalized drum kit settings here and access your custom drum kits anytime, anywhere.

-Click Module: For beginners to professionals, the metronome lets you quickly adjust the tempo speed and features a wide selection of time signatures that range from 1/2 to 9/32. It includes five different metronome sounds to choose from, giving you an efficient tool for your practice time.

-Song Module: Play along with your favorite songs; With an easy-to-understand display and operation, your MP3 and PDF files can be played at the same time and organized in the dedicated song folder. The new Drum-Mute function can automatically remove the drum parts from your MP-3 songs to provide a “drum-less”, clean backing song to play along with.
