Naour is the field app of Claude Naour, a French company specialised in heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, solar panels and pellet stoves. It supports every technician from the first appointment to the last service report. The app is in French.

AT THE CUSTOMER'S? ONE TAP
When you arrive at the customer's address, the phone suggests "Je suis sur place". On the way, on site, finished: each step is confirmed with one tap, at the right time. Your location stays on the phone: it is never sent to the company.

THE WHOLE CUSTOMER, BEFORE YOU RING
Address, installation, customer request, access instructions, parts to bring. Directions and calls are one tap away.

THE SERVICE REPORT, ON SITE
Findings, photos, diagnosis, work done, readings, signature: the report is filled in step by step and signed in front of the customer. Without network, it is sent automatically once the connection is back.

THE WHOLE TEAM IN YOUR POCKET
Team channels, direct messages, threads, reactions and mentions. Quote an intervention with #, call out a colleague with @. Notifications can be set channel by channel.

THE VAN, UP TO DATE
The stock on board, the items to restock before the round, absences and leave.

Naour is reserved for employees of Claude Naour: sign in with a Google or Apple account, and only an account opened by the company gives access to the app.
