The NERO app enables you to assess your current diet and commence your nutrition education journey using the NERO resources. These resources include short scientifically backed videos and detailed fact sheets developed by dietitians. The resources also include chef designed recipes specific for your health needs. You can use these resources before seeing your nutrition health professional, such as an Accredited or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

The NERO app is NOT meant to replace visiting a professional, but designed to support you and your professional to get better health outcomes. The NERO app provides you with a list of accredited/registered professionals, or you can ask your GP for a referral, or locate a nutrition professional of your choice in your area.
