For every property you get:

• A must-have check — a clear breakdown of which of your non-negotiables a property meets and which it misses.
• A fit score — how well the home matches the rest of your wishlist, weighted by what you said mattered most.
• Context that usually means twenty open tabs — indicative yield, EPC, flood risk, and nearby schools and crime, in one place.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Nestraq Pro (£12/month) and Nestraq Premium (£30/month) are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, each starting with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
