How do I access the myaccounts mobile app?

If you are already registered for our myaccounts online service:
• Download the app.
• You will need your myaccounts online service username, password, and one time password to log-into the app for the first time.
• If your device supports it, you can then set up fingerprint or face ID as a secure and quick login.

If you have not already registered for our online service myaccounts
• Please visit www.newbury.co.uk/myaccounts/ to register.
• Once you have received your myaccounts online service username, password, and memorable word by email and your verification code by post, you will be able to download and access the app.

If you are having problems downloading the app, firstly please ensure your device has been updated, or you can call us on 0800 988 4857 (Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm, Wednesdays from 9.30am. Saturdays 9am to 12 noon.)

What can I do on the myaccounts mobile app?
• View all your savings accounts, balances, transactions, and current interest rates.
• Open or close an online savings account.
• Transfer money to another Newbury savings account or your existing nominated bank account – please note our transfer times https://www.newbury.co.uk/news-knowledge/faq/withdrawing-money/.
• View and or/cancel pending transactions.
• Set up transfers in advance.
• View interest rate history of savings accounts.
• View your Newbury mortgage account(s), repayment type, balances, interest rates, payments, and end dates.
• View and manage your personal details.
• View, send and receive secure messages, once your verification code has been added.
• Give your savings accounts a ‘nickname’ like ‘Holiday fund’.
• Set a savings goal.
