Description by Nikolay Antipov Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
Newt AI is a reading app for language learners. Tell it what you're into (coffee, indie games, history, travel, startups — whatever you actually read about in your native language), and it writes fresh short texts at your level in the language you're learning. Tap any word for an instant translation in context, save words to your vocabulary, and practice them with a built-in spaced-repetition trainer.
WHY NEWT
• Personalized content — texts match your interests and level, not a fixed curriculum
• Tap-to-translate — every word is tappable; see meaning, pronunciation, and examples
• Vocabulary you keep — saved words stay linked to the sentence you read them in
• Review that sticks — flashcard-style exercises with Forgot / Hard / Remember / Easy
• Your library — revisit past texts anytime
• 17 languages — study Polish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and more
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your native language, target language, and level (A0–C1)
2. Pick topics or describe your interests in your own words
3. Read a short AI-generated story — tap words you don't know
4. Save vocabulary and review it later in the Exercise tab
FREE TO START
Free includes 3 fresh AI texts per day — enough for a real daily habit. Premium removes the daily cap so you can read as much as you want, study multiple languages, and unlock advanced features as we ship them.
Built for adults who want serious progress without gamified fluff — commuters, expats, curious readers, and anyone who learns best by reading.
