NGET Bible

Understand the Bible like the first audience did.

The New Ground English Translation (NGET) is the whole Bible, translated from Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek into the English people speak today. When a word means more than one English word can say, it's marked in the text. Tap it to see what's underneath.

PLAIN ENGLISH, NOTHING LEFT OUT
Every idea in the original stays in the English. What goes is the church vocabulary that stands between a modern reader and the meaning. Grace becomes "undeserved kindness." Repent becomes "rethink everything." Eternal life becomes "limitless life."

WORD NOTES
More than 43,000 notes sit beside the text. Each one shows the Hebrew or Greek word, what it means literally, what a first reader would have known, and why NGET chose its wording.

HOW IT'S MADE
