Lights that fill the whole screen:
- Panels: soft light spread across the whole screen
- Plain: a simple, even wash of light
- Aurora: slow waves of color drifting across the screen
- Washi: lamplight through a paper shoji screen, with the shadows of falling maple leaves

Pick any color with the color wheel, or start from a preset. Adjust the brightness with a slider until the light feels just right.

Layer a calm soundscape over the light. Choose from four tracks: Morning Forest, Thunderstorm, Rain, and Rain + Umbrella. Set the volume and loop as you like.

SLEEP TIMER
