Nimblist: Shared Shopping List

Nimblist is the collaborative grocery list your whole household shares. Updates appear on everyone's phone in real time, so you never buy the milk someone already grabbed.

It does everything a shopping list should — then a few things no other one does.

SHOP TOGETHER, IN REAL TIME
• Share a list with family or housemates — add, tick off, and edit together live
• Items auto-sort into aisles so you shop the store in order
• Add several items at once by voice — say them, check the review step, done
• Or scan a barcode or type — either way, items are categorised for you

TURN ANY RECIPE INTO A LIST
• Import a recipe from a URL straight to your list
• Snap a photo of a cookbook page or handwritten recipe and Nimblist reads the ingredients
• Save, tag, and share recipes with your household

COOK FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
• Track your kitchen pantry — see what you can cook right now
• Adding a recipe skips what's already in your cupboard
• Free use-by estimates flag food before it spoils, so you waste less

PLAN THE WEEK
• A simple meal planner that builds your shopping list as you go
• Share a meal plan with the people you cook for

WORKS WITH YOUR LIFE
• Hands-free adds with Alexa
• Connect to Home Assistant
• Capture recipes from your laptop with the Nimblist browser extension

PRIVACY-CONSCIOUS
• Export your data anytime
• A free self-hosting option for the technically inclined

Free to use, with an optional Premium upgrade for pantry-to-recipe matching and photo pantry import.

Download Nimblist and turn the weekly shop into something your household just handles.
