NimNim Laundry & Dry Clean

NimNim is the premium, service-first laundry and dry-cleaning app built for busy city life. Schedule a pickup in seconds, choose pickup and delivery time windows that fit your day, and track your order from “Placed” to “Delivered” with real-time updates. Our signature advantage: Wash & Fold returned in 24 hours at no extra fee—delivered folded, sorted, and drawer-ready, with no last steps. Every order is designed around care and convenience, with clear communication, quality checks, and a concierge-style experience that keeps your wardrobe looking its best.
Customize every detail right in the app: add special notes and photos for dry cleaning, set laundered shirt preferences like starch and boxed vs. hanger returns, and personalize Wash & Fold settings (scented vs. unscented detergent, warm vs. cold wash, dry level, bleach and softener options). Beyond everyday laundry, NimNim handles more of your life in one place—household items like sheets, comforters, pillows, and duvets with transparent per-piece pricing, plus tailoring and alterations (hems, tapers, zipper replacements and more) and shoe care & repair, including sneaker cleaning and designer shoe services. Checkout is simple and transparent: review your cart, update details, apply coupons, and use wallet points before confirming.
NimNim currently offers pickup and delivery across select areas in Boston, NYC/Brooklyn, and Miami, with expanding coverage. Download NimNim and experience what laundry should feel like: fast, effortless, and genuinely service-driven—every single time.

ABOUT NIMNIM

Founded in 2010 by two brothers in Boston, NimNim was born out of the desire to unite local service businesses with the busy professionals, families, and businesses who struggled to find them.

Now, the NimNim app lets Boston locals order the lifestyle and concierge services they need to make their own busy lives run smoother… with the modern-day, instant convenience of door-to-door pick up and delivery. All at market-competitive prices.

Originally starting as a laundering and dry cleaning service, NimNim’s service network now combines tailors, cobblers, specialist cleaners, and more.
