No Contact Tracker: Unhook

Unhook is a no-contact tracker for getting over an ex. Think of it as a sobriety counter where the substance is a person.

WHAT IT DOES
• A streak that counts every day you did not reach out, with your longest run and your target.
• A 5-minute urge protocol for the moment before you send it: breathe, name the feeling, write the message here instead, play it forward, read your reasons.
• Your reasons, written on day one, shown back to you on the day you start forgetting them.
• Daily messages that match where you are, from the loud first day to the quiet ones later.
• Reminders at the times you said are hardest: late at night, first thing, weekends, after a drink.
• A private journal for how today went.
• "You are one of 1,247 people in their second week." Company without a feed.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• No account, no email, no password. We never ask who you are.
• Nothing you write leaves your phone. Your streak is backed up as an anonymous summary so an update cannot erase it.
• No social feed, no ads, no tracking.

HOW IT STARTS
An eight-step quiz sets your plan: where you are, how often you contact them, when it is hardest, what you actually want. Then you commit, and the clock starts.

Unhook Pro unlocks the full app. Plans: weekly, or annual with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
