What is PIT
PIT offers private personal training within a group environment. You complete timed HIIT and resistance intervals with a coach and partner, rotating every few minutes. This allows you to build strength, burn fat, increase endurance, and improve speed—all in a team atmosphere

Scientific Rigor
Combining HIIT and resistance training leads to increased metabolic burn for many hours after exercise ends. Enjoy an afterburn effect that can last up to 21 hours post workout

Personalization and Accountability

At the Wynwood flagship you will find top tier Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Woodway, Sorinex equipment and recovery amenities such as cold plunges, sauna, IV suite, and a smoothie beer and wine bar. Our studios are bright spacious and come with onsite parking and showers for added convenience.
