Nobili NMI Connect

It allows interfacing to Nobili mulchers equipped with NMI (Nobili Mulching Interface) Connection System via Bluetooth connection.

It displays in real time the stresses to which the machine is subjected to, the rotor revolutions, the gearbox oil temperature, the side tilt, the hours of work and the number of shocks.

Thanks to NMI Connect, it is possible to quickly assess the status of the machine using the specific indicators. By keeping the Bluetooth connection and the application active, the monitoring continues also in background, notifying the operator of any malfunctions or anomalies. Through visual and audible alarms, it limits the inadequate use of the machine and notifies the user of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

NMI Connect presents a simple and intuitive interface, allowing the control of multiple machines, all equipped with NMI, simultaneously by adapting the display.

In the main screen, there is the maintenance icon in addition to the active data network icons and the traceability of critical events (functionality implemented with NMI Connection System 4.0).

The diagnostic functions include the static vibration test through which it is possible to check the health status of the machine. The check can be activated at any time using the appropriate button in the side window and guides the user in carrying out the test. In case of abnormal solicitation, a message is returned, recommending an extraordinary maintenance of the machine.
