Lucy was bored of humans being made to feel like they need to follow restrictive meal plans and unsustainable workout plans in order to be doing ‘fitness’. So she called bs on it ~ and took it basics. Nobs App was born. Join the family.

Science-based 12 week programs designed to build strength, muscle tone and confidence. Whether you’re new to the gym or have been around the block/squat rack - or prefer to train at home with dumbbells or just a backpack, we got you. Oh, and there’s no burpees.
Gym Machine Tutorials:
Gym anxiety isn't simply resolved by knowing what to do in the gym, it's knowing how to do it. Our database of 10 videos teach you how to use gym machines and equipment. Videos include how to set up a squat rack, how to set up for the hip thrust, using a cable machine, adjusting a gym bench plus much more.
Recipes, not meal plans:
Calorie counting is a tool but it’s not for everyone. Instead, our nobs-chef has whipped up a batch of easy, no fuss recipes for your body and soul. With over 150+ creations, bookmark your faves to save for later. With options for vegans, pesci and meaty nobs.

Nobs is free to download and offers the following subscriptions plans to access all the features and content above:
Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
