Noor Meditation

Join your Muslim brothers and sisters as you embark on your Noor Meditation journey to improve your mental and spiritual health.

What is Noor Meditation?

Noor Meditation is a meditation app that is tailored to Muslims. The goal of Noor Meditation is to provide Islam-inspired and guided meditation to assist you in becoming more present in each moment of your life.

While Noor Meditation is catered to the Muslim audience, our non-Muslim users are more than welcome to use it if they find benefit in it as well!

Why is Noor Meditation important?

With the high demands of our day-to-day lives, the endless amount of distractions in our surroundings, and the pressures from society, we often forget to take a deep breath and thank Allah (SWT) for what we have.

Noor Meditation will help you in slowing down your racing thoughts and letting go of any negative thinking, while simultaneously focusing on the blessings Allah (SWT) has provided you with. Noor Meditation will also help you in increasing your overall focus during your salah (prayer/namaz), so that your heart and mind can remain connected to Allah (SWT).

Below are the current topics available on the Noor Meditation app:

- Introduction to Muslim Meditation
- Mindful Salah
- Gratitude
- Self-Love
- Reducing Stress
- Reducing Anxiety
- Sleep Time

Are you ready to improve your mental and spiritual health? Your Noor Meditation meditation journey awaits you.
