Description by sinan gulecyuz(from the App Store)
Meet Alex your AI coach who actually pays attention.
Most fitness apps track your reps. Notch coaches you. Alex learns your body, remembers your injuries, and tells you when your program needs work for $2.99/month.
ALEX REMEMBERS EVERYTHING Tell Alex about your bad shoulder, your torn ACL, your schedule. Alex doesn't forget. Every conversation builds on the last. Your coach gets smarter the more you train.
YOUR PROGRAM, HONESTLY SCORED Submit your weekly plan and get a brutally honest evaluation: a score out of 10, muscle group balance breakdown, and specific recommendations. No sugar-coating.
LOG EVERY SET Clean, fast workout logging. Track sets, reps, and weight. See your history. Spot plateaus before they stall your progress.
DANGEROUS JUMP DETECTION Notch watches your numbers. If you jump from 40kg to 60kg on shoulder press, Alex flags it before it becomes an injury.
PERSONAL TRAINING, DEMOCRATIZED A good personal trainer costs $60-80/hour. Alex costs $2.99/month. That's less than your post-workout protein shake.
FREE TO START 3 AI coaching sessions per day, completely free. No credit card. No trial that expires. Upgrade to Pro for 100 sessions/day.
NOTCH PRO $2.99/month or $24.99/year (save 30%)
100 AI coaching sessions per day Full workout history
Built by a solo engineering student who couldn't afford a personal trainer. So he built one.
