Tap +, a small cream card opens. Type. By default it can't grow past the card — that's the point. If you need more, that's a different card.
Pinned cards stay forever. Everything else ages out automatically — after 7 days by default, or 30 days, a year, or never if you prefer. There is nothing to manage.
• Bound by default — no scrolling, no growing past one screenful; the limit can be switched off
• 7-day TTL on unpinned notes by default, adjustable; pinned cards stick around
• Cards due for deletion within a day turn pink with a small clock, and an optional warning tells you before they go
• Light Markdown — bold, italic, lists, and tappable checkboxes, rendered live
• Long-press a card to pin, copy, or delete
• Copy a whole card from the button in the editor, or with ⌘C on a keyboard — plain Markdown, ready to paste
• Cream paper, Baskerville, dark mode
• iCloud sync across iPhones, iPads, and Macs
• The one-card limit, the deletion window and expiry warnings live in the Settings app, under NoteLess
• Works with VoiceOver, Voice Control and Larger Text
NoteLess is the absence of a notes app. No folders, no tags, no themes, no plugins, no AI. Just a card, bound, that disappears — and a simple search for when you need one back.
